Belly's Beans

Ingredients:

1/2 pound pinto beans
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/3 pound Mr. Brown brisket -- chopped --crust from that brisket you just smoked
1 large yellow onion -- chopped fine
1 can New Mexico chilies
2 tablespoons red chile pepper
1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation:

Let come to a rolling boil and boil for 45 minutes and then simmer for four to five hours, you may need to add more water at time. Taste and Salt to taste, don't over do, simmer on low heat till lunc
