Ingredients:

1 medium cabbage
1/4 cup onion
2 teaspoons sugar
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation:

wash and core cabbage, cut into small wedges place into a food processor process until finely minced add onions and sugar-pulse to mix add only enough mayonnaise to moisten cover and chill for 4-24 hours serve slightly chilled
