Ingredients:

1 large onion
2 large green peppers
2 large tomatoes
1/2 pound broccoli
1/2 pound cauliflower
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon red chile powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 piece ginger
3 cloves garlic
 

Preparation:

Sauté the chopped onion in the butter until brown, add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add spices and vegetables and 1 cup water and cook until broccoli is tender. The water should be almost gone by the time the vegetables are tender.
