Ingredients:

2 pounds spinach -- (raw)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon ginger -- ground
1 dash sugar
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Chop spinach (a food processor comes in handy) and mix well with other ingredients. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring fairly often. Salt to taste. NOTES: * An Indian spinach side-dish
