Ingredients:

1 cup coconut -- (grated)
2 teaspoons chana dal
2 medium green chile
1 pieces ginger
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
1/4 teaspoon hing
1 tablespoon lemon juice to taste
1 teaspoon salt to taste
1 medium fry chana dal -- (if used).
 

Preparation:

2. Grind all ingredients and mix. 3. It's also possible to use yogurt, in which case the Lemon juice may be left out
