Porcupine Meat Balls

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 can tomato soup
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup instant rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup water
 

Preparation:

Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper, and onion. Place 1 layer in baking dish. Pour soup and water over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until done.
