Ingredients:

1/3 cup sesame tahini, or use a low fat peanut butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
5 cloves garlic
5 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cumin
15 ounces canned garbanzo beans, (chickpeas)
1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Serve with toasted pita bread
