Ingredients:

1/3 cup celery -- chopped fine
1/4 cup bell peppers -- chopped fine
1/4 cup onions -- chopped fine
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large egg whites
 

Preparation:

Place steel blade in work bowl. Add celery, bell peppers, and onions. Process with on/off pulses until finely chopped. Add mayonnaise, chili sauce, paprika, salt, and egg whites. Process just until mixed.
