True A La Panna Italian Cream Sauce
 

Ingredients:

1 cup 35% whipping Cream
3 tablespoons butter
4 slices thinly sliced italian panchetta
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt to taste
2 sprigs fresh parsley (chopped)
 

Preparation:

Slice panchetta into small pieces melt butter in saucepan add panchetta and cook until soft not crisp add remaining ingredients simmer and reduce by 1/3 or until desired thickness mix with freshly cooked pasta and add regiano parmesan or romano lupa grated cheese
