Serves: 4-6
milk, light cream, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest
 

Ingredients:

3 Cup milk
3/4 Cup light cream
2/3 Cup sugar (more or less to taste)
2 tablespoons lemons juice
2 pieces zest grated, minced yellow skin of the lemons
 

Preparation:

Mix ingredients. For smoothest results, use ice cream machine. Add zest in last 5 minutes. Or place mix in shallow baking dish, in freezer. After 30 minutes, begin to check, chop and stir periodically until mix reaches desired uniform thickness and texture. Serve soon after.
