Ramen With Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

2 packages ramen noodles
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground lemon grass
1/2 teaspoon rice wine or rice wine vinegar
 

Preparation:

Put water on to boil, add about a teaspoon of soy sauce. While water is boiling, start mixing the sauce. Add peanut butter and warm water and vinegar and stir until smooth; add spices and the honey/brown sugar to taste. When water starts boiling, add the ramen noodles, stir and cook for about two minutes. Drain noodles, mix with peanut sauce, serve.
