Rice Crispy Chicken

Ingredients:

1 medium Chicken -- skinned and boned
1 Cup Rice Crispies -- crushed
3 tablespoons Butter -- melted
2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation:

Cut chicken into good size strips - cooks quicker this way - and dredge it in the butter. Mix crushed rice crispies, garlic powder and a little salt in a bowl then put the buttered chicken into the mix. Bake at 375 for approx. 30 minutes.
