Chilean Cilantro Sauce

Serves: 2 cups
 

Ingredients:

2/3 cup College Inn vegetable broth
1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/2 cup minced fresh yellow onions
1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cloves garlic minced
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, stirring with a whisk until well blended.

NOTE: You can store refrigerated in aan airtight container for up to two weeks.
