Marilyn's Lemon Rice

Serves: 4
Rice with a Hint of Lemon juice.
 

Ingredients:

2 Cups Basmati rice
4 tablespoons oil
3 medium Juice of 3 Limes
1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmaric
1 bunch Curry leaves
1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation:

Boil rice with salt and turmaric till soft. Strain and keep aside. In a frying pan heat oil and fry mustard seeds and curry leaves for 2 minutes. Then pour lemon juice and fried mustard seed and curry leaves over rice and mix well. Serve Hot.
