Mocha cheesecake

This is a absaloutly delicious cheese cake with a just as good flavour to match. It was the first cheesecake I ever made and it was perfect.Everybody asked for the recipe who tasted it and so I thought I would share it with everybody.
 

Ingredients:

500 grams cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup thickened cream
3 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 cup caster sugar
1/4 teaspoons salt
2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons instant coffee
110 gram hoolate grated or broken into chunks
2 tablespoons corn flour
 

Preparation:

* preheat you oven to 180 c.Butter a 20cm springform tin. Line the base with baking paper and wrap outside with 2 layers of tin foil. * Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth. Beat in cornflour then bung in the eggs one at a time,beating after each addition. * Mix in vanilla and salt, then cream and sour cream till just blended. * Divide mixture into two seperate bowls and add the coffee to one half. * In a double boiler melt chocolate pices till just liqued. pour into the other half of mixture. * Pour half of coffee mixture into bottom of tin and shake lightly to smooth.then pour half choc mix into centre of the coffee mix and shake. Repeat till all mixture's are used up. * place tin into a pot of water that reaches 3cm up side of tin. Bake for 40 to 45 min. Turn off oven then bake for a further 1 hour with the door closed. * remove from oven and ool six hours then garnish with chocolate cur
