Preparation:
Place all ingredients except 151-proof rum into blender with about 1/2 cup of ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a chilled highball glass. Pouring carefully, float 151-proof rum on top of the drink; garnish with pineapple slice and cherries.
