Ingredients:

1 piece whole-wheat pita pocket
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon margarine
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 medium green pepper -- chopped
3/4 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
 

Preparation:

Scramble egg substitute, onion, and green pepper using 1 teaspoon margarine. Toast pita pocket and fill with scrambled egg mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
