Preparation:
Drain fruit cocktail, reserving juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup.
Dissolve jell-o in boiling water. Add water/juice mixture. Measure 2 and 1/2
cups and chill until thickened. Blend remaining gleatin slowly into cream
cheese and cinnamon, beating until smooth; set aside. Add fruit cocktail to
thickened gelatin and pour into mold or bowl. Chill until
set, but not firm, about 3 hours. Serve as a dessert or a salad. Makes
10 servings....
