Walnut-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

12 medium mushroom
3 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation:

wipe mushrooms with a damp towel remove and mince stems, set aside place cream cheese into a glass bowl microwave on 30% power for 60-90 seconds, until softened add walnuts, lemon juice, pepper sauce, and minced stems-mix well arrange mushroom caps, stem-side up, into a glass baking pan fill each mushroom with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture microwave on high for 2 minutes turn plate 1/4 turn microwave on high for 2 minutes serve hot
