Tomatoes and Green Onion Citronette

Ingredients:

1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 tablespoons water
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1 large tomato -- in 6 slices
1/4 Cup chopped green onion
 

Preparation:

In a bowl combine lemon juice, water and spices to make the Citronette Dressing. Set aside. Arrange 3 tomato slices on each plate and sprinkle with the green onions. Pour on the Citronette Dressing and serve. Lime juice in place of lemon makes for a very summery taste.
