Preparation:
Place succotash in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons water, cover and microwave on high (100%) for 6 minutes.
Stir in black beans, red peppers and salt. Microwave for 1 to 3 minutes, or until lima beans are tender (timing will depend on microwave ovens).
Stir in Roasted Garlic Dressing and cumin. Serve warm or at room temperature.
