Ingredients:

1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup miso
1/4 cup mirin
2 pounds fresh spinach
 

Preparation:

grind sesame seeds to a paste combine with miso-mix well thin with mirin, set aside simmer the spinach in boiling salted water, until tender-crisp drain, rinse in cold water, and drain well combine the spinach and sesame mixture-toss to mix well arrange into small individual china bowls serve at room temperature
