Sauteed Watercress

Ingredients:

5 bunches fresh watercress
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 dash cayenne pepper
 

Preparation:

Cut any coarse stems off the watercress. Wash the watercress leaves and thoroughly dry them. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the onion and saut‚ for 1 minute. Add the watercress and stir-fry, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the cayenne pepper and serve. 6 servings/Serving size: 1/2 cup
