Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Grated radish
1/3 Cup Finely chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ginger
1 tablespoons Lemon juice
1/2 Cup Flaked coconut
 

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients, tossing to mix well. 2. Serve with meat dishes or any curry. MAKES 1 1/3 CUPS
