Pat's Maple Coated Carrots

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup sugar free maple syrup
1 Tablespoon chopped nuts
2 Cups canned sliced carrots -- rinsed and drained
 

Preparation:

In a skillet combine syrup and nuts. Bring to a boil and add carrots. Lower heat and simmer for a few minutes until carrots are heated through.
