Preparation:
Tips: Pastas you might use are; small shells, tubettini or small elbow
macaroni.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Cut off tops of peppers and
remove seeds. Steam about five (5) minutes or until tender. Saute bacon
with onions until onion is transparent. Add ground beef, stir in basil,
peppers and tomato sauce mixing well. Drain pasta well. Stir in
meat mixture. Place peppers in oiled flat baking dish. Fill peppers with
meat and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. |
