Mom's Chayote

Ingredients:

1 medium chayote -- skinned and sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon msg
 

Preparation:

In bottom of pressure cooker, layer skinned slices. Cover with salt and a touch of MSG. Another layer of chayote... Put in just enough water to cover the bottom. Cover with 15 lb. weight. After it starts popping, cook 2 minutes.
