Preparation:
Combine beets and water in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with heavy-duty
plastic wrap; microwave at HIGH for 11 to 13 minutes or until tender,
stirring after half the time, drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in a 2 cup glass measure. Cover and microwave
at HIGH for 2 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens.
Pour grape juice mixture over the beets, and microwave at HIGH for 1 minute
or until beets are thoroughly heated. |
