Green Beans With Sesame

Ingredients:

1 cup sesame seeds
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup dashi
2 pounds fresh green beans
 

Preparation:

grind sesame seeds to a paste combine with soy sauce and sugar-mix well thin with dashi or water, set aside simmer the green beans in boiling salted water, until tender-crisp drain, rinse in cold water, and drain well combine beans and sesame mixture-toss to mix well serve serve at room temperature
