Preparation:
Cook and stir onions, zucchini and green pepper in spread in skillet over medium high heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until tender; set aside.
Mix bread cubes and cooked vegetables in greased 8 x 8 x2 inch baking dish. Top with cheese.
Mix egg beaters and milk; pour over bread mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. |
