Ingredients:

1 pint cottage cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
5 bunch green onions -- chopped
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 small lettuce -- broken fairly small
 

Preparation:

Toss everything but the lettuce gently and patiently with a fork, and then plop on 3 or 4 plates well-piled with lettuce. If there's not enough lettuce, use some chopped raw spinach. And if there's neither lettuce nor spinach, eat as
