Preparation:
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika and pepper; blend well. Sprinkle chicken with salt and coat with sour cream mixture. Cover and refriger- ate at least 12 hours. Remove chicken from refrigerator; coat with bread crumbs, Place in single layer in lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine margarine and shortening; pour half over chicken. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Pour re- mainder of margarine mixture over chicken and continue to bake 15 minutes. |
