Preparation:
Heat oven to 435 degrees; melt margarine in 13x9x2inch baking dish.
Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sids
down in dish (dish and margarine should be hot). Bake 35 minutes; turn
chicken. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice is no longer pink
when centers of thickest pieces are cut. 5 Servings.
High Altitude: Bake 40 minutes; turn chicken. Bake 20 minutes longer. |
