Preparation:
*polenta is best but regular cornmeal is OK too **amount of poultry is flexible ***amount and tyep of cheese is flexible too
Combine cornmeal/polenta, cold water and salt. Add to boiling water and cool, stirringo ccasionally, over med.-low heat, for 10 min. Pour into 13x9x2 casserole dish. Arrange polutry on top, top with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min or till bubbly. |
