Preparation:
Rub the chicken well all over with the garlic. Sprinkle with salt. Place on a broiler pan and spread with half the mustard. Mix the honey and lime juice; baste the chicken. Broil about 6 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes, basting twice with the honey mixture. Turn chicken, spread with remaining mustard; baste and broil for another 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is tender, basting with remaining honey mixture. |
