Grilled Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

4 medium boneless chicken breasts -- trimmed and cut in half
marinate in: -- for at least 1-hour or overnight
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation:

Grill or broil 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. Baste with marinade to keep moist while cooking. Garnish with lemon and parsley. this dish goes well serve on rice pilaf.
