Preparation:
Combine salad dressing, salt, ginger and pepper; mix well. Add chicken, fruit and celery; mix lightly. Chill. Serve on lettuce covered platter; top with walnuts. 6 to 8 servings.
Variations: Omit walnuts. Substitute chopped apples for strawberry halves and red grapes for green grapes.
Substitute 20oz can pineapple chunks, drained, for fresh pineapple; add to chicken mixture just before serving.
