Preparation:
Combine first 4 ingredients and coat chicken. Brown in oil and put In casserole. Add onions, carrots and mushrooms. Blend remaining flour mixture in skillet to make paste with sugar and ginger; add orange juice and 3/4 cup water. Stir until bubbly. Pour over casserole. Cover and bake in 350F oven for 1 1/4 hours. Serve over rice. |
