Preparation:
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter or margarine. Saute chicken, onion, garlic, mushrooms and salt for 5 to 7 minutes, or until chicken is almost cooked through and onions are soft.
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mustard and cornstarch. Stir into chicken.
Drain pasta and return to pot. Add sauce, chicken and green onions and toss well.
