Preparation:
Mix together, adding eggs last. Bake 1 hour at 350F in bak- mg dish. Serve with mushroom sauce.
Mushroom Sauce:
Melt butter in saucepan; add mushrooms, cut coarsely and cook gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add flour and mix well. Then add chicken broth, cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cream, paprika, parsley, lemon juice and salt. Mix and warm over double boiler. |
