Preparation:
Drain pineapple chunks, reserving juice. Soak apricots 20 to 30 minutes in pineapple juice. Meanwhile, combine wheat germ, thyme, curry, garlic powder and salt in small bowl; reserve. Dip liver in egg white and roll in wheat germ mixture; reserve. Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Alternate green peppers, liver, onions, pineapple chunks and apricots on skewers. Place on baking sheet. Bake in 375 degree overn 25 to 30 minutes, until livers are cooked through. |
