Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

1 cup chicken
1 cup uncooked minute rice
1 cup diced celery
1 cup cream of chicken soup
3/4 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup chopped onions
1 Can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 Cup slivered almonds
1 cup broth
 

Preparation:

Cook chicken in pressure cooker for 12 minutes, then tear chicken off bone in small pieces. Save broth. Mix all ingredients and place in casserole dish. Cover with I cup crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
