Preparation:
Place chicken breasts in a large lasagna pan or casserole pan. Whip soup and milk together and pout over chicken. Top each breast with a 1 oz. slice of Swiss Cheese and 1 oz. Stuffing Mix. Dot margarine evenly over all chicken pieces and through out pan. Bake at 375 degrees 45-55 minutes. Cover for the first 40 minutes then uncover.
Each breast plus the surrounding topping is 8 points. Serve with steamed broccoli and a side salad for a wonderful dinner. |
