Preparation:
Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
Add chicken; cook and stir until, chicken is no longer pink and lightly
browned.
Add bell pepper; cook and stir 2 minutes.
Stir in frozen vegetables with pasta and water.
Bring to a boil.
Cook 2 minutes.
Stir in cream, cumin and ground red pepper.
Cover; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. |
