Preparation:
Place the chicken in the crock pot, alternating layers with the vegtables. Mix the seasonings with the liquids and pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove the chicken and vegetables to a serving platter. Thicken the gravy with 2 T of flour mixed with 2 T of butter. Cook this on high until the gravy is thickened. Serve over the chi cken or on the side. |
