Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
4 medium boneless skinless chicken breast -- (4 to 5)
16 Ounces Cranberry sauce
1 Ounce onion soup mix
8 Ounces catalina dressing
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.,Grease 9 X 13 inch baking dish or spray with nonstick cooking spray.Place rice in prepared pan.Layer chicken over rice.
