Preparation:
Combine garlic, parsley, and scallions. Add corn starch, basil, pepper,
cream cheese, and Neufchatel cheese, and blend until smooth. Remove to a
bowl. Place 10 puff pastry sheets on a table. Gently roll pastry squares to
approximately 6" x 6". Place 1 tbsp herb filling in center, then set raw
chicken breast on filling. Fold pastry edges up over chicken. Squeeze edges
together to close pastry. Place pastries on a sheet pan, brush with whole
milk egg wash. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
