Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine the marinade ingredients. Add the chicken, cover, and marinate in refrigerator for up to 1/2 hour. Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard the excess marinade and grill for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the chicken is tender and no pink remains.
Libby's Notes: I'm going to decrease the vinegar to 1/4 cup and the oil to 2 tablespoons and freeze the raw chicken in the marinade in a zip-lock |
