Raisin Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups milk -- 1 1/8 c
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 dash grated nutmeg
2 teaspoons active dry yeast -- 1 1/2 tsp-5 tsp
 

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select light crust setting, and press Start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before serving.
