Biscuit Fiesta Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
4 1/2 teaspoons chili seasoning mix -- *see note
2 tablespoons butter -- melted
 

Preparation:

1. In a bowl combine the biscuit mix, milk and seasoning mix; mix well. 2. Pat into a greased 8 inch baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 425F for 15-17 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Notes: Chili seasoning can be substituted with ranch dressing mix, onion soup mix, italian dressing mix or taco seasoning mix for nice varieties.
